Gong Hq offers a full array of amazing Gongs and Healing Frequency Tubes. I found during 2022 that the resultant tones from my large gongs are truly sublime and create awesome space for Theta frequency rates. This has been crucial to enable the amazing meditation journey that many now experience. I have also created new and exciting vibrations using the tubular bells, not too unlike Mike Oldfield all those moons ago, I make all my tubes and usually decide on the day what feels right to play, perhaps dragons, sometimes angels, another time power numbers and soul connecting sequences. Add that to a raft of shakers, rainsticks, box beyongers, tingsha bells and we have the wonderful recipe for a journey with sound. Multi frequency instruments can help with our healing process and enable you to journey through a guided meditation that has been prepared and ready to download at the time. We do have plenty of mats, blankets, cushions and more but please feel free to bring along any additional mats to lie on, blankets/duvets and pillows.
