We are all very different and for all our differing and complex reasoning we choose to communicate how we wish to. I like to focus my attention using all the tools available to me and by that I suggest a beautiful crystal and rich colour from the spectrum of light. On this one may I suggest a piece of Lapis Lazuli and the strength and frequency of deep blue. If you have a different crystal you use, go for it. As we move up through the Chakras I like to increase my own energy management by utilising my gatekeeper the guardian angel, they don't cost us anything yet they are the most valuable freely available energy a being can connect to.
