Due to the popularity of this event I have created an addition one before Christmas and hope you are able to join us.

These special evenings feature a combination of vibration, frequency and sounds as we journey with the gong and friends. Initially we shall enjoy a warming cup of 'Green Parrot' Cacao with oat milk and local honey, plus my hand made Cacao Caramel Cupcake. If weather permits we shall also light our fire pit for narrative happiness and a little drumming outside or in if needed, to give thanks to all superfoods. I shall keep this available for 8 happy souls. This will be an all ticket event and must be pre booked on line at an all inclusive rate of £12 per person. Welcome to this unique opportunity to join us in Hunstanton as we celebrate the coming of the winter season with a gong bath. Firstly, if you are interested in coming please reserve your space by contacting Valrybak@aol.com or 07990 938456. We usually get fully booked and this will help ease the congestion. The entrance fee is £10. If this is your first time to a gong bath then we do recommend you bring along a suitable mat to lie on, warm blankets to get real toasty, a pillow and maybe an eye mask and also very importantly plenty of water to hydrate. It usually lasts for an hour or so as both Emrys and Dave take you on a journey of exploration. If you have booked your space please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start to settle and relax down. Thank you for reading and I hope to see some of you there.
